You just need to convince the physician that you are able to hear what is happening around you.
The physician will conduct the blood pressure test to ensure that it is within the safe limits. You will be required to explain during the test if you have a complication with your blood pressure. You cannot be denied the right to have a commercial driving license because of high blood pressures. It may just mean that you need some medication to maintain the pressure.
You will undergo some lab test and you will need to submit samples of your urine. The lab test will discover any underlying health problems that you may not have provided. It will also show whether you are under the influence of some harmful drugs.
