A forearm plank is not easy and therefore starters can only last a few minutes. The core is made strong when this exercise is done since it makes the abdominal muscles strong. You are supposed to involve your hips, shoulders and back muscles when doing this compression exercise. Your blades are supposed to be put firmly into your back during this compression exercise. It is advisable to ensure that your body is straight during this compression exercise.
Another exercise which eases back pain is a spinal twist. A spinal twist should be done with a lot of care since failure to do it properly can lead to severe damages. However, when it is done correctly, it is effective in easing back pain. You do not need to be fast when doing a spinal twist especially if you are not used to doing it. When exercising, you are not supposed to force your legs to the ground. If you are used to doing a spinal you can do it fast.
A knee to chest is another exercise which is known to ease back pain. When you correctly do a knee to chest, you lower back and hips muscle stretch and hence reducing the pressure on the spinal nerves. Above are some of the exercises for easing back pain.
